Directions:
The OOH clinic is based in Ferguson House, which is separate to the main building of the hospital, but easily accessible from the car park. It is a walk down the main corridor and in an area called the Springall Annexe, which is up a few steps. For disabled access, the Springall Annexe will need to be accessed from round the back of Ferguson House.

Directions:
From the main car park, walk towards A&E and turn right to get to the St James Wing entrance. Walk down the corridor past the lifts and turn right. Walk down this second corridor until you see signs for Outpatients and enter the outpatient department. The OOH reception is in front of you to the right.

From the main car park on Galsworthy Road, walk in direction of the Accident & Emergency Department towards the right-hand side of the main building. Before reaching A&E you will pass the main out patient’s department; upon entering, the phlebotomy department is immediately on the left-hand side.

Directions:
Turn off Roehampton Lane into Queen Mary Hospital; the paid car park is on your right, with the hospital on your left. When walking into the main entrance to the hospital, the UTC / MIU entrance where the OOH is based is just outside the main door on the right hand side. It is a short walk from the car park.

Directions:
Enter via ED where the reception is on right. Procced till vending machine on right, after which there is set of double doors with GP Out of Hours above. Proceed to walk upstairs to 1st floor. Turn right were entrance is located for the service. Ring bell to alert receptionist. For reduced mobility, keep walking past double doors where there is a 2nd door on the right for lift access into service. Preferably only the patient is to be in the waiting room when waiting to be seen. If required, only one family member/ friend allowed to avoid overcrowding in waiting area.
