• For repeat prescriptions, please contact your own GP surgery during their opening hours.
• This is not a walk-in service, you need to have called NHS 111 and been advised to use our service before you can be booked into a primary care centre appointment to be seen by a member of our team.
• If you have a dental problem call NHS 111 and selection to option from the menu that is provided.
• Practice Plus Group is working with SELDOC to deliver services in Croydon.
• Practice Plus Group is working with SELDOC to deliver face to face primary care centre services in Croydon at Croydon University Hospital.
